I have bought as Asi1600 cooled camera. This is my 4th zwo camera in addition to other cameras I have owned and this is the first time I have had trouble. The trouble is this. I have installed all native drivers, I have installed ALL ascom drivers. I can see the 1600 in my device manager it says it is working. Firecapture and Sharpcap do not see this camera unless I access it via ascom in sharpcap. It will run fine via ascom in apt at least through some indoor test. I have tried on 2 computers, buth more than sufficiently powerful to handle anything, I have tried multiple usb cables I have installed and re-installed several times with no help to the situation. As soon as I plug in my290 color, 290mm 120 color or any of those they are recognized immediately and run perfect, but not the 1600. Any help is appreciated. I have been through the manual up and down with no success. Windows 10 computers both of them. Verified all drivers are new and are the same on my cd and on the zwo website.
