1600mm-pro native drivers not finding camera.

Hi Sam & Company;

I have the new 1600 mono PRO. In Nebulosity and Fire capture, the native drivers can't see the camera, but the ASCOM driver works fine. Is this a problem with the current native driver, or with the imaging programs themselves? I have tested on multiple computers.

Please update your two softwares to the latest version。Their latest version should have supported the devices.

I can confirm that these were the latest downloads available. Can you please confirm the latest native driver version so I can confirm it is correct?

Hi Ryan,

It should be 1.13.1.9 or 1.13.1.4.

For FC, you should install the beta version.

Another informal approach：You can download our newest SDK on our website:

http://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software/ASI_Windows_SDK_V1.13.1.9.zip

Then unzip it and get our newest SDK library. Then you will know our SDK's name, FC and the Nebu should have the same file.

Colse the FC and Neblulosity if they are working.

Then open the install directory of FC(or Nebulosity), search the name in the driectory. And replace the old file with our newest file.

Then it should be work.
