I am wondering if there is a recommended fisheye lens for the ASI178MM-COOL that with ZWO can recommend or another user can recommend. The ZWO lens does not work being a CS-MOUNT with a 12.5 mm BF then ASI178MM-COOL needs a C-MOUNT lens with 17.5mm BF.
Below is what I have now. I would like to have that full 180 degree look without clipping
This is the first night it was actually clear for most the night. The Camera is a ASI178MM-COOL. Dew heater is on but not cooling at this point. The lens is a Fujinon FE185C086HA-1 which almost gives me the 180 degree view but there is come cliping as you see. There is no dark frame subtraction, using SharpCam Pro to capture images to a ser file then convert to a AVI and finally mp4 for posting here using movavi. need to figure out how to add a overlay with cardinal positions (fyi, south is lower right corner)
Exposure are set to Auto and a frame is taken one every minute. playback speed is 5 frames per second
