gain and offset for asi 174mc cool in nebulosity

I have a asi 174mc cool camera, I was wondering what is the best gain and offset settings,for use in nebulosity, I generally take 45-60 second unguided exposures of deep sky objects through a skywatcher ed 80 and celestron avx mount.
