I have a ASI-1600MM Cooled that has been running well for the last 6 months. Just recently it started acting up. The frame rate dropped from the usual 15+ fps to around 1 fps (typical of a USB2.0 connection), the cooler is registering a device temp of -40C while using 0% power (both with the cooler plugged in and not), and the images that are returned are all white, independently of any setting of exposure time, gain etc.
Any ideas of things to try or should I RMA it for repairs?
