ASI ST4 connection problem on ASI385

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and I've had a problem to submit to you:

I have an ASI385MC but I can not tell if the ST4 port is working properly to use it as an autoguide.

In PHD2 I select ZWO ASI Camera in "camera" and I see the correct model connected to the PC. Then I select ASI ST4 Telescope Driver (ASCOM) to check the mount but tells me that no peripheral is connected (no ASI camera detected).

The same problem appears in Maxim Dl, the camera acquires images even in DS Video mode but I can not figure out if the mount output is corrected. When I select the ASI ST4 Telescope Driver (ASCOM) it gives me no choice. The guide relay option selected with ASI cam 1 or 2 can not verify if it works.

Can someone help me please. I am going crazy.

It is our fault. Our driver for "ASICamera ST4 Telescope ASCOM Setup V1.0.1.13" was not updated in time。

This drive has not been updated for a long time, so some places need to check. So it will take a long time.

Now, You can select the camera as " ASI camera (ASCOM)" / "ZWO ASI Camera", then select the montatura as "On-camera", then it should works fine.

After we update the "ASICamera ST4 Telescope ASCOM Setup V1.0.1.13" driver, you can select the ASI ST4 Telescope Driver.

actually I installed the 1.0.1.14 driver found in the mini cd along with the cam, but that does not work either.

Same mistake in mini CD.

My advise, forget the mini CD. you know, CD is hard to download in a large amount. So sometimes the file in the CD is too old for our lastest product. That's why we recently removed CD from our products.you'd better install and upgrade the driver from our website:

On this issue, you can install this driver from our website:

http://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software/ASICamera%20ST4%20Telescope%20ASCOM%20Setup.exe

it should be work.
