Mac Windows Parallels Sharpcap

Hi-

I have an asi224 which I've been using for livestacking with Astro Live on Mac. However, since it's no longer being supported, I want to try sharpcap. I have latest version of sharpcap and Windows Parallels for Mac. The camera is detected and listed under Devices in Parallels, but it does not appear in the sharpcap menu. any ideas?

Hi sir,

We have never test it in this way before. And I will try it.

Before I get a result, I had 2 advises for you:

1, If you are using a USB3.0 port or cable, you can change it into USB2.0. For why, I do not know. We have had this problem in the past on other virtual system and this method is effective.

2, Try other software.
