AI 071 hangs on download

I have a new ZWO ASI 071 Pro. I am using Sequence Generator Pro for camera control. When I do a series of exposures once in a while SGPro hangs on 'downloading'. In order to continue I have to terminate SGPro and re-start. This only happens about once every 40 or 50 exposures. Usually the download time is very short. I am imaging DSO objects so my exposures are 60 seconds or longer.

Does anyone else have this problem? I am currently using a 15 ft USB3 cable. I tried a few and found Tripplite to work best, however I noticed the same problem when using the supplied short USB 3 cable. I am connecting to a USB 3 port on the computer running Windows 10. I believe I have the latest ASCOM driver.

I've got the same problem - ASI290MM-C (MaximDL 6), but only when cooling . I set USB Limit to 40 and I think it's a little better - it hangs when "Cooler power" is more than 30%. Using USB 2.
