Hello everyone there has been a comment on another forum that the mono version gives more detail than a colour one, I have a Lunt scope single stacked with a ZWO 120 mc. I am new to photographing the Sun and thought that there would be extra things to buy and try to understand if I went with a mono, such as buying a filter wheel, filters then learning to take the pics with each filter then having to merge them, with the colour camera I don’t have to think about that. I will get a mono when I am more proficient. Will I get more, noticeable, detail with a mono?
