Delete IR_CUT Filter

Hi I am an ASI120MC owner, I ask: where is the IR_CUT filter I would like to delete it thanks

just open the camera by unscrew off the cover

What would it be? that round slide fixed by a ring if you say thank you, another question? if I delete the filter, can I shoot in the infrared? Thank you
