Frame rate control in video capture mode.

Hi, it would be useful to have the ability to control the frame rate in video capture mode seperatley from the exposure time.

I know if I want short exposures I could just throw away the extra frames, but it would save power and heat to just be able to set the frame rate deivered.

there is such control in SharpCap to control the frame rate

but it won't save power and heat

You can only use the USB_BANDWIDTH to control the frame rate

but it can only control the max resolution
