Hello everyone,
I just purchased a 120mm-s and need your help. When I connect the cable that came with the camera directly to my laptop (an Alienware r17) I am able to connect via the Sky x, Fire Capture and Sharp Cap and take images.
Here is the issue, when I go out to my observatory I connect the camera with the cable that came with the camera and plug that into a high speed USB hub and the hub runs to my laptop but I cannot get any connectivity with the ASI 120mm-s camera. My QSI 660 works fine, SKY X control the QSI and all other periperals. Does this have anything to do with the camera being high speed? The camera is USB 3.0 and 2.0 compatible. I would really appreciate everyone's help.
