ASI 178MC C vertical lines visible in frames

I have just received my new 178MC Cooled. (I have used before a 120MM and a 120MC)

I have installed the newest driver and I have run the Firecapture 2.6 and sharpCap 3.1

I always get something like vertical lines in both programs. With the other cameras 120MM and MC, I do not get this lines.

Firecapture and SharpCap, always show these vertical lines in "real time" and also in the videos and pictures registered (stored)

I get these vertical lines with all the possible values in GAIN, big, small, medium values. GAIN X50 - GAIN X200 - GAIN X 140

These lines are always visible with zoom x25, x50, x100, etc

I have tried in two different computers

I have bought a tested with a new USB cable

I have connected the camera to a USB port USB 2.0 and USB 3.0

I have tested too with previuos versions of Fire and Sharp

I am really desperate, Could you please help me with this ???

Yes, high speed mode was disable.

I have tried again, see this last picture, with GAIN X 54, ZOOM 99% and high speed mode activated.

vertical lines do not disapear.

If you try to do a planetary video or you take a picture "short exposure", the lines do not desapear

Any other thing I can do???

sorry, I think the camera has problem with hardware and need to send it back for reparing

I have sent the camera to ZWO

They have repaired the camera and send me back

I have tested and work perfectly
