ASI1600MC-Cool Fan problem and overheating

I bought the ASI1600MC-Cool (V3) in November 2017 and last week I recognized during flat shooting that

the camera was extremely hot (>50 °C) after some minutes.

I then also realized that the fan is no longer running when I attached the 12V/2A power source.

My ASI1600MM-Cool (V1) is working fine with the same power source on the same computer.

What can I do?

can you do a test like this: exchange the fan and check if it works?

we can send you a new fan if the fan is broken
