ASI 071 MC Pro do I need an UV/IR cut filter?

Last weekend I took my first picture with my brandnew ASI 071 MC Pro. Target was M44 because of the moon.

Refractor TMB 105/6,2 with TSFlat 2,5“ no UV/IR cut filter, 20 subs: 120s gain0 bin 1x1.

The integrated image shows extremly stretched with STF of PI three reddish spots.

Is it caused by infrared light?

Yes, it's reflection.
