When I use ROI with the 294 Pro I'm seeing warm pixels when in Raw 16 Bin 1 & 2. I don't see them with Raw 16 Bin 1 or Bin 2. Cooler temp at -20C.
I use ROI 75% & 50% this helps cut down vignetting. I can crop but when live stacking I don't always get the aspect ratio correct and the saved image shows it in the stars. Running with ROI and Bin2 Raw 16 allows me to have a better SNR and when using AstroToaster I don't need to use Super Pixel feature to cut the work load down.
So what gives with these warm pixels?
