I am having a problem with my Asi071 running on windows 10. After about 4 minutes of subs the usb signals a disconnect and the download hangs or i get a black empty image. This happens in all software i am using, sharpcap, sequence generator pro using the asi1 or new zwo selection, and in ZWO’s program. I am now attempting to use the camera on a mac.. thinking it could be a problem with my computer. On teh MAC it periodically detaches and i have to reselect the camera.
My asi071 cool pro color is an upgrade from an asi 071 cool color. It was upraded in December by Robert Muro and purchased brand new from TOLGA/ZWO

Example, i set it up for 10 - 1 minute images and at the download of the 5th it disconnects the usb chimes a disconnect and it hangs. The cooler will still be going and sometimes i belei. It reconnects.
I have downloaded the latest drivers and replaced all including ascom 6.3 but no luck.
