Temperature value of 93230

Hi,

I'm using the C# interface with an ASI 120MM, and it works normally during some hours, but after some time I can't take any video or snapshot. The only solution is to unplug the camera and plug it again, the problem is that I'm planning to place it in a remote location...

I'm getting the following error: "Value 93230 is not valid for 'value'. 'value' should be between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'.

Hi, what's the whole length of your USB cable, you can't use a very long USB cable.

I'm using a 5 meter USB3 extension cable + original camera cable (I guess 1 meter), is that too long? I still can sent commands to the camera, the problem is when I try to capture video/snapshot

Looks like it is too long.

If your Hub has external power, it might be better. but I am not sure. you can try it.

We recommend direct connection, and the length must not exceed 2m.

Because our camera requires a high volume of data transmission, it has a much higher demand for stability than most USB devices.

For your wrong value, please make a check before you set it.

I will try with shorter cable.

Regarding the value, it's in the "Temperature", so I can not write to it. Do you know why the camera is setting a value so high? (I have measure the temperature with a thermocouple and it's not higher than 35C)

Hi Jaime，

I am not sure.

This anomaly usually has several factors.

1，An exception caused by unstable transmission.

2，Temperature Sensor broken。

For the transmission, it will get the wrong data at the most of time, but sometimes it will be fine.

If temperature sensor borken, it will always send the wrong data.
