I've got the 178MC that I have used without any difficulties on my Windows 10 laptop in the past. I haven't used it for a couple of months. I went to use it tonight, and the laptop doesn't recognize the camera. In the device manager it says that there's a problem with the driver. Specifically, "The driver configuration is incomplete for use with this device." I deleted the driver and reinstalled the current one from your website. Still the same. I plugged the camera into my desktop iMAC, and it runs fine on a mac system. I went back to Windows 10, rebooted, and still no luck. The device manager shows an error with the camera and wants me to reinstall the driver. Any ideas on how to fix my problem?
