Fps asi 1600 ? Silex DS600

In video stream my asi 1600 mm can not exceed 1.4fps (regardless of the resolution) even with a usb 3.0 connection. . I use Firecapture 2.6 or SharCap on a PC asus with Intel processor i7 (windows 8.1). I downloaded the last dirvers. I do not understand ! My asi 120 works with full resolution at 18 fps.

1°) Thank you to tell me what parameter I have to change to reach the advertised rate ?

2°) Another question: Can I use connections with a "Silex DS 600" to connect the asi cameras to the PC?

"Silex DS 600" can be used, but it can't reach high fps.

Please try to use original USB3.0 cable to test the camera. Here is a article for you:

For the advertised bitrate (1.3 fps) I use the original USB3 cable that came with the 1600 camera and I can not find an acceptable bitrate.

Please try ASICAP at first and give us one snapshot of it

Silex DS 600 can be used with our Pro cameras

because the 100M bandwidth of Ethernet is too slow to transfer image to PC

so the camera needs to build in DDR buffer, Our Pro cameras build in DDR buffer

Thank you. I managed to have a correct bit rate by directly connecting the USB3 cable to the usb3 port of the PC. But as soon as I use a USB extension 2 the rate decreases sharply. See both screen shots.

Thank you for telling me what extension usb3 I have to buy. I need 10 m between the camera and the PC.

this is because your camera is recognized as USB2.0 camera only

this usually happens with USB extension cable

most USB3.0 extension cable cannot support such long distance
