ASI071MC Pro no image

Hello

I received my new brand ASI071MC pro and...I have no image.

Using Sharcap 3 or Genika or APT I have a black screen. Each program identify very well the ASI071MC pro and I can see its specific parameter but I have a black screen for the image.

I have an ASI290 mini connected to the 071 by usb2 and I get an image for the290 thru the 071 !

HELP !!!

I made more testing with PHD2, the soft reconize the ASI071MC Pro but when i select the camera and put for example 3 seconds exposure time

i again have a black screen and after a while I have an error message saying: " After 17 sec the camera didnt finish the exposure of 3 sec it has been disconnected......"

It looks like the actually the camera do not take any image there is no exposure.

I feel that the camera needs to go back to the supplier....

I'm really really mad because it tooks 3 months to ZWO to send me the ASI071 upgrade to MC Pro and it is not working :(

I'm going to go back to my Canon 40d ...never let me down !

please try our ASICAP at frist.

I tried all what specified in the link

Change cable

Change USB port

USB speed low

Change Pc

Use ASICAP

Still same problem : black screen FPS to 0 .....if I take an image the png is all black

What can I do more to test ?

if it still did not work
