ASI1600MC Which image format to use ?

I have bought the ASI1600MC, but i can see four formats, RAW8, RGB24, RAW16, MONO8

I used RAW16 but my images seemes to be Black & White only.

I did some test with the 4 formats, and it seems that only the RGB24 bring a colour image.

Am i understanding well ? Should i use RGB24 for colour images ?

And if so, in which cases should we use other formats ?

Hi RGB24 output is directly color, but the frame rate will be 1/3 of full speed. because data of RGB24 is 3 times bigger than RAW8.

RAW8 and RAW16 is original files, looks black and white, but include bayer mathix informations.

RAW8 and RAW16 can recognized by Autostakkert!3 as color video and also can processed and get color images through Autostakkert!3.
