EAA using the ASI294 Pro

I’m using my new ASI294 Pro for live viewing and am having trouble. I’m using Sharpcap 3.1 and cannot get a good neutral background. It’s very green. The R and B white balance Auto doesn’t seem to do anything. I do live in a light polluted area but I could see the Leo Triplet easily with a 41 second exposure. But almost wiped out in green.

Second, it won’t stack! There seem to be plenty of stars too. I realize this may be a Sharpcap question but wanted to see what other users of the 294Pro are running into.

Hi, Did you try manual set R and B value?

The image show green, because amost all camera have the highest sensitivity during green channel.

Also you can add a IR-cut filter to get better white balance.

If the camera is running in Sharpcap, camera is OK. the problem in Live stack will be a software problem, need to ask Sharpcap team for help.
