ASI 120mc usb issues and fw upgrade

Hi all

New to the forum and looking for some advice.

What is the latest firmware for my ZWO ASI 120mc & where can I find it please?

Also, I am having issues running the camera through a usb hub. I only have 2 usb ports on my laptop, My QHY camera's work fine - only this ZWO does not, Ive tried dfferent hubs and the camera isn't picked up.It works fine if connecteddirectly but not via a hub - powered or unpowered. FYI - its the usb 2.0 version.

I don't have a desktop pc so need to use a hub.

This problem seems to be related to the fact, that ZWO cameras clutter the USB bus. They produce more traffic than required to transmit the recorded images. This is well known and has been reported multiple times, but somehow it hasn't been "noticed" by ZWO so far.

USB traffic of camera can be adjust in software. If for guiding, turn down the traffic, if for planetary imaging turn up the traffic.
