Hi there, There is some way to keep the aperture open to max.
Really? Then w hat is this solution? On the ZWO page, I can read:
https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/products/accessories/nikon-t2-adapter-for-efw-asi1600/
"NOTICE: G-type Nikkor lenses need to find some way to open the aperture up.( for exemple, using an orthodontic rubber band to hold the little aperture tab on the lens in the “open” position.)"
I do not think a rubber band is a useful solution. How should I put a rubber band to an adapter that has to fit with almost zero tolerance....
Therefore, the solution I chose was to use this canon to T2 adapter:
https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/products/accessories/eos-lens-adapter-efw-asi1600/
And then this novoflex Nikon to Canon EOR adapter with aperture control.
This thing is expensive, but it has an apperture know where one can easily adjust the apperture setting

The question is whether novoflex has patents on this...
It is, at any rate, too expensive.. 225 dollars for such a single nikon to canon adapter with aperture control....
