Recommend camera parameters for linear response?

Can anyone recommend camera parameters (White Balance, Gamma, Exposure, Gain) for linear pixel response?

At the moment ourimages are quite high contrast and a bit of a colour cast from what is expected. We don't know the best parameters to apply and with a lot of combinations to choose from any advice is happily accepted.

Also, I notice in recent ASI SDK releases support for gamma is removed. If the latest SDK is used how will the camera respond compared to using the older SDK with gamma. Are images returned as if a specific gamma was used in the older SDK?

Beside, please pay attention to the boundary of long exposure and short exposure, at here, the way of collecting data is changed, so there are some exceptions.

For Gamma, the new image should be same with the old image that set the gamma to 50.
