ASI094 dropping frames

I'm working in W10, build 17134. After updating the ASI native driver and installing Sharpcap 5181, the

camera drops every frame. Robin looked at the log and said it appears the program can't connect to

the camera with the new SDK. I rolled back the driver to v3.0.0.3 and Sharpcap to v5174, and the program

then operates normally. Any thoughts? I'm wondering if this is just affecting my setup, or is a wider problem.

I tested with SharpCap5181 and our new driver, it works fine.

So I need more information.

1, Does it works well when you use our new driver and SharpCap5174?

2, When you test with new driver and SharpCap5181, which USB port do you use? USB2.0 or USB3.0. And your setting for USB bandwidth?

I bench tested with the 3.0.0.4 driver and the 5193 version of Sharpcap and had normal results. In

all cases, I'm using a USB 3.0 port. I'll field test tomorrow, but I'm assuming I have a loose or failed

USB cable.

That's strange.

Maybe you can try to change the USB cable. Or if you have other devices with high demand for USB bandwidth, you also need to be careful about allocating USB bandwidth properly.
