Hi there
I would like to write answers of all the questions :D
1, Image type: RAW16, RAW8, or YUV.
RAW16 is best for DSO imaging, 071 have 14bit adc, only RAW16 can haddle all data.
2. Gain (range 0-600)
In short, long exposure(over 5min) use gain=0, short exposure(gain between 0-240)
3. Gamma (range 0-100)
keep it 50, never move it.
4. White balance, red component: range 1-99
keep it 50, in DSO imaging, to do color balance in prcessing.
5. White Balance, component: range 1-99
keep it 50, in DSO imaging, to do color balance in prcessing.
6. Brightness: range 0-80
use 65 at all gains, for beginners.
7. Bandwidth ("the total data transfer rate percentage"): range 40-100
Use 40 in dso imaging.
8. Hardare bin 2 : no or yes
No, it's not good for dso imaging
9. Mono bin ("bin R G G B to one pixel for color camera, color will loss: yes or no
No, it's not good for dso imaging
10. Anti Dew Heater: on or off
if the equipment have dew on it, turn it on.
Above all, connect the camera through ASCOM for DSO imaging.
