Hello ZWO team,
my ASI128MC Pro failed already in April after only a few month of operations. I returned it to the German reseller TS and after waiting a week without any notice I asked about the progress. I was told that the camera has to be send back to you. After another month I asked again for an update. I was told that they have no influence on the manufacturer and that repairs would typically returned with the next regular shipment approx. every 4 weeks. However more than 4 weeks had already been gone at that time. Does that mean that I have to wait for another month?
Waiting for so long time for a product that is still under regular warranty is not very satisfying, especially without any active feedback or communication how long the repair or exchange could take.
Can you give me any update please?
