ASI1600MM pro - noise problem

Hi,

I purchased this camera at the end of december 2017. I'm using it for DSO imaging. I use auto guiding and dithering with MaximDL. I made some tests with narrowband and LRGB. I always get noise and a darker zone at the center left of all my integrated images, even after many hours of exposure. I tried to image M101 and have stacked 391 frames of 60sec to 80sec exposure and dithering at least every 4 images. Even there, I still find that same noise with the darker zone at the same place (after calibration with dark, bias and flat frames with Maxim DL).

Then, I have checked my flat frame more attentively and I'm wondering if everything is ok. Is that normal that I found so many dark pixels?

I also include these additional images showing the flat frame with the screen levels and also the test with M101 showing what I mean by noise and dark zone at the center left. That dark zone is there on all integrated images.

It is also very difficult with narrow band filters. I made tests on many DSO and need to expose a lot of frames involving many hours of exposure (at least 8 hours for each filters ) to get an a noise level that is not so bad. I live in a yellow skyglow zone. I have made many pictures with a DSRL color camera before I get this new ASI1600 camera and I didn't have to expose so much time to get a images with a better quality. That's why I'm wondering if everything is ok my new camera.
