The fan is not even in SharpcCap. Is this straightforward, without ASCOM?
I measured the input power and at 12V 28% - 0.65A. (External fan) Also tested on battery.
Even with a small blow, the fan moves (not insulated)
I apologize not to greet each post, I take it as a dialogue.
I can not speak English, so just a PC translation.
HI,
Do not worry, we do not speak English too~
For your fan, I think it is not a big problem. Only the connection of the fan is loose. You can open the back panel, and replug the fan again. Then it should works.
This connection will loosen during transportation, we have noticed this problem, but a stronger connection means a larger volume, and the camera has a small internal space. So we are still looking for a new way. Sorry for this issue.
Please follow these 3 steps:
Step1: Open the back panel with a screwdriver.
Step2: The socket in the red circle is used for fan. It has 2 pins. Please squeeze the pin slightly to make them close to each other. Then plug it back to the socket.
Step3: Install the back panel back.
Attention:
When you install the back panel back, you should pay attention these:
1, The back panel washer is oriented, smooth side of the washer up.
2, When the installation is completed, the camera case should be aligned.
Thanks
Chad
