FPS 0, PREVIEW SCREEB BLACK

I bought the asi 224mc.

Unfortunately it does not work.

Fps 0, preview screen black.

I tried the 224mc on 4 computers.

I tried 3 usb 3.0 cables. I do not use hubs.

I installed it on 2 computers with win10 and 2 with win7.

Changing "USB Traffic" does not work, fps 0 and black screen.

It does not work with Asicap nor even sharpcap.

help me.
