294 Pro cooling is not what it should be.

Hi there. According to the specifications of this camera it can do "Delta T: 35°C-40°C below ambient"

My home air conditioner is set for 75F or 23.8C and it is really steady.

I connected to the camera with Sequence Generator Pro and set the temp to -15C because as you know 40C under 23.8C is -16.2C

So -15C does not seem unreasonable.

However the best the camera can do is -11.1C with the cooling at 100%

This means it is only doing -35 below ambient barely.

Yet the thing is that yesterday with identical enviroment in my home I was able to get it to -15C no problem. Actually it was mostly at -14.8C while doing 300 second darks which is when it was generating the most heat.

So what could have happened in 24 hours to reduce the efficiency of the cooling by 5C?

Cooling down slowly will reach lower temperature.

You can try cooling down to -5 degree for 5min, then -10 degree for 5min, then -15degree,
