Cameras using TDI integration mode

Is it possible to use any of your cameras in TDI (Time Delay Integration) mode? Do you plan to develop such feature?

What do you need it for? Some very big pixel old Sbig cameras supported that mode.

In TDI mode you don't need a drive on your telescope. Rather you set up the camera to east-west alignment, and let columns step with the same rate as the sky moves. This can be easily achieved with rolling shutter CCD. Only you need a UI where the user can set the column step value.

still it's very limited - you need to align the camera, and then catch a lot of signal on the pixels and manually repeat. It was available for Kodak sensors with 20x20um pixels but now with 2-4um pixels it becomes pretty much pointless. The resolution with big aperture will be to big and image quality very limited.

I don't agree with you. Although this is definitely not for creating APOD, it has it own role. Even professionals use it today in SDSS.
