ASI120MM unknown device

I have a new ASI120MM that cannot be recognized on my pc.

I tried to re install everything (deactivating anti virus and firewall) on different laptops but nothing works. I read through the forum and try to install driver manually but still not recognized.

Here is the instance I found in device manager after manual drivers installation.

USB\VID_04B4&PID_8613\9&37AE5C33&0&3
