Since my last post I have cooked the desiccant tablets to make sure they are dry and re-inserted them in the holder and fitted them back on the camera. 28 Hours have passed and there is no differences in the image.
I have cooled the camera down to -20 and inspected the marks inside the camera, they are the same whether the camera is cooled or at room temperature. No icing can be seen
Looking into the camera the marks look like very small globules of liquid, as cooling seems to have no affect could these be some sort of leakage from the chip/sensor. I have been in touch with FirstlightOptics in the UK who I bought the camera from in January 2017 and they are awaiting your response to me on how to solve the problem with the camera.
I have been very happy with the camera and it won me the image of the month in the Sky at Night magazine a few months ago so I would like to get it back into action as soon as possible.
