I am running Win10 with all the latest drivers , the 1600MM is connected into a US3.0 powerd hub. A 10 feet USB3.0 cable goes to the computer into a USB 3.0 port.
I find that it is difficult to get the computer to see the 1600MM. My 120MM guide camera is always detected right away. The mount and auto focuser are detected without any issue. I have to plug and replug the USB3.0 cable coming from the hub sometimes 12 times before the laptop sees the 1600MM. I tried a different computer and it is the same thing.
Once the camera is detected, it runs fine all night.
What could be the issue here?
