Cannot do image acquisition with 183mm pro over ASCOM

Hi,

When connected to my 183mm pro via ASCOM driver (which I need to do for my work; software that uses native drivers won't cut it), I can't acquire images reliably. Most of the time, the software (AudeLA or SIPS) will simply stall in the "downloading" process of acquisition. It seems to get through the actual exposure just fine.

I've set my gain to 100 and am in 1x1 binning at 0.1s exposure times. Adjusting these parameters doesn't appear to have any effects.

Please note that I can CONNECT to the camera just fine. I am connected over USB.

Has anyone else had these issues? I really need to get this camera working; it was fine a few months ago when it first arrived, and has been handled gently.

I also tried to completely re-install Windows 10 on my computer to see if a fresh driver download would help; it did not.

First, please download ASICap from our website to make a test:

Adjust the settings to the same as ASCOM you used. If it works fine, I think it should be a software issue. if not, maybe it is a hardware issue.

If it is software issue, please reinstall the ASCOM and ASCOM driver, Or test it with other application, like MaxIM DL.

If it is hardware issue, please send an email to our support email. Tell him your problem. we will help you make a deeply check.
