ASI 120 MM gets record error

Hi,

I need some advise.

My ASI 120 MM runs perfect on an older laptop: Windows 10 , old driver Version 2.0.0.910 from the original driver CDisk and an older

Version of Firecapture (2.3) or your Capture Software ASICAP.

Now I got a new Desktop PC, an it won't run:

Neither with your actual driver (v. 3.0.0.4) oder Firecapture version 2.6/64 nor with the older software mentioned above.

On FireCapture it is called Aufnahmefehler, and on your capture Software it asks permanently of rescan, broken connection and so on.

What is different and what is going wrong?

Hi Carsten，

As you know, 120MM is our first generation product. When it was designed, USB2.0 is the main USB Protocol. But now, USB3.0 is main. As a result, PC manufacturers have been gradually reducing functionality of USB2.0. Although they advertise it is compatibility with USB2.0, but problems arise when you want to use the devices that have high requirements for USB2.0. For you case, it should be something that causes the device to keep disconnect and reconnect status after work. It is really hard to say what caused.

So there is nothng we can do to help you. Very Sorry.
