I'm having trouble with my new ASI1600MC. I just received it yesterday, got it all hooked up and recognized by my system (The Sky X and Nebulosity on the Macintosh). I had grabbed a couple of quick darks to make sure it was working. I grabbed some dinner and when I came back My software could no longer see the camera. I've cycled the power on the camera and rebooted the computer but the mac can no longer see it.
This is my first dedicated astronomy camera (been using DSLR) and I am so excited to be moving up to a cooled camera, but am worried my camera is dead before I could even hook it up to my telescope. Any advice is welcome.
