I tried mount to AZ-EQ5GT by ASIAir via its USB serial port,not using Dsub cable.

Is it not supported vra USB port?

I selected mount type, Synscan and some others.

I think you need use the cable come with ASIAIR and connect to the cable come from AZ-EQ5

Before ASIAir testing,

I confirmed succesfully connecting to AZ-EQ5GT by EQMOD of my Windows7 PC and working well.

(I used cables of ASIAir included and AZ-EQ5GT's one)

ASIAir testing

1.Synscan controller is set to EQ mode and EQDirect mode.

2. Connect to ASIAir from my android atablet and select mount SynScan.

3. reset(power off and on) and re-setting Synscan handcpntroller ,re-connect ASIAir, but nothing is done well.

Can I get and send any system log to you?

EQMOD is not supported yet

did you try connecting directly to your hand controller with the cable come with mount?

Yes. I did so.

I use Synscan controller with genuine cable and connctor.

Did you test AZ-EQ5GT?

I have to set to EQDirec mode OFF in Synscan hand controller menu?

Sam, I have connected AZ-EQ5GT .

I set EQDir mode off and it works.

Sorry, In hand controller utility menu ,EQDir mode off is incorrect,PC Direct off is correct.

My testing is mock in my room.So I have not done plate solving yet.

ASIAir EQ control is very good key response.
