ASI 294 NOT RECOGNISED BY NEBULOSITY

I'm using Nebulosity V.4 , the latest version, and already have a ZWOASI178 which works perfectly with it. However, I have just bought a ZWOASI294

and on using Nebulosity found it displaying an error window saying "error getting camera properties" which stops me using the camera. Nebulosity V.4 is the latest version and and I have re-downloaded all the native ZWO drivers and ASOM from the forum and even re-installed Nebulosity V.4 to try to cover all possible software issues, but to no avail. So Nebulosity recognises and works well with the ASI178 but still displays "error getting camera properties". I've contacted the author of Nebulosity informing of the problem and waiting for him to reply. So is this a problem with the Nebuloity or the ASI294??

We received you email. Did you try the beta version of Nebulosity? maybe the official version still not the newest.

Yes thank you. Sean of the ZWO Support Team e-mailed me asking that I download the latest version of Nebulosity and ASCOM, which I already had, and also asked me to download PHD2 beta which I did. On downloading PHD2 beta the problem was solved and Nebulosity was able to get the camera's properties and I was able to get camera control. I cannot thank Sean and the Support Team enough for understanding and solving the problem and I'm looking forward to the first images taken with the ASI 294 Now the problem is solved my stress levels are back to zero and again thank you to Sean and his expertise and advice.
