Disappointed (ugly amp glow and strong banding)

Just purchased the cooled b/w ASI174 for DSO.

Disappointed by the results.See example of dark sub frame, and bias frame below:

* Dark: 30 sec, -20°C

* Bias: 1msec, -20°C

In both cases - "unity" setting in the ASCOM driver.

Auto stretch applied in PixInsight :

Banding quite visible, amp glow too on the dark image.

What can I do to remove these issues?

174 is SONY'S first global shutter Sensor and do have such random pattern noise

you can exposure longer to let the sky background light to cover the noise
