Display settings

Strange - I though I had posted this yesterday, but it doesn't show up anywhere...

I wonder what other people think about the display control of ASICAP. I do find it quite non-intuitive, as (at least to me) the numbers for 'contrast' and 'brightness' don't mean anything. I for one would rather prefer simple min/max settings to limit the range based on bit depth (i.e., 0-255 or 0->65535).

(has nothing to do with Linux, but I have to chose a topic prefix, and that is what I'm using)

Yes, you are right! For now, display controls value are non-intuitive, we will change them to intuitive and make sense.
