Rolling or global shutter for H-alpha

I read that for H-Alpha imaging of the sun, you advise the 290mm or the 174mm. Because of the pixel size, the 290 caught my attention. But it has a rolling shutter, where the 174 has a global shutter.

I allways thought that a global shutter was the way to go for solar H-Alpha high resolution imaging. Is that not true anymore? And is it safe to buy the 290 for this purpose?

Older rolling shutter sensors had somewhat problems but modern sensors don't look affected.
