I am posting the beginning of a conversation that I started on the software bisque forum as I originally thought the issues were related to their s/w.
After troubleshooting with another helper I have narrowed down the issues to the camera itself or the drivers.

I have an ASI094 ZWO camera of which I have been successul capturing images for about 6 months utilizing both TSX, SGPPro, and SharpCap. I posted 2 images in the attached directory as examples of M42 and M45. Recently while capturing images using TSX (Version 10.5.0 Build 11587 with the X2 Camera Driver 18.1.30) I am no longer able to receive a good image preview in TSX. What I receive is an all white image, every pixel registers 65528. Gain is set to 0, Offset is 50, Bandwidth is 40, image type is Raw 16. I do not have this problem with SGPPro when it captures the full image. I have clean power and I have the USB 3.0 run directly to the USB 3.0 input on the computer. I have swapped out cables and even attempted a capture on a different computer with the same setup and have the same results on both TSX (all white) and SGPPro (receive an image). My Auto Contrast is set to SBIG but I have changed it to the other settings and receive the same results.
This started during an imaging session where I was able to capture images and focus then after a couple of hours an image appeared white. I disconnected the camera from TSX. Physically disconnected it and then connected both. I was able to take a few images and then it appeared white again. The 2nd time after disconnect and reconnect it appeared white and only appears white on captured images. I recycled the computer and restarted all the software with the same results.
I have downloaded and reinstalled the X2 camera driver as well.
In order to trouble shoot, I connected the camera to a nikon lens and took full images of a printed paper with red, green, and blue colors on a single sheet. I took photos using multiple different s/w solutions: The Sky X(TSX), SGPPro, SharpCap, ASICAP in some cases with an ASCOM driver and in others the X2 driver. I still have the issue of an all white preview on TSX but when you view the image it actually does show up, just that is has the same issues as in all the other s/w packages.
What I observe in ASICAP is that the debayered image is pink. and the values of Red and Blue are maxed out values of 65000 and the green is not.
Please help me troubleshoot this issue to know if it is a hardware issue and the camera needs to be replaced or if it is a driver issue. I believe it is a h/w issue as I do not see any other posts for this camera with this problem.
