I just tested the new SDK on the 64bit distro, and now it is better indeed.
But we're back exactly where the 32bit version also failed:
after some shots (~13 this time) I get the kernel log flooded with these messages
Oct 03 20 rock64 kernel: xhci-hcd xhci-hcd.9.auto: Ring expansion failed
Oct 03 20 rock64 kernel: usb 5-1: usbfs: usb_submit_urb returned -12
and the camera hangs.
It seems a USB memory problem, any suggestion?
I also verified that usbfs memory is large enough:
rock64@rock64:~$ cat /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/usbfs_memory_mb
256
