I've been using an ASI294 with Sharpcap Ver3.1 and 3.2 beta over the last few months in EEA mode, i.e. relatively realtime, with short (less than 30 seconds) and live stacking. I've been seeing a weird noise that seems to be limiting my ability to resolve even relatively bright DSO's. Lagoon Nebula photo attached here shows the noise. If you enlarge the central area you will be able to see what I'm talking about - diagonal (top left to bottom right) streaks. I've also included the info text generated by Sharpcap. Could this be a thermal effect? What do you think?
