I bought a new PC (hp slimline -i5-ram 8Go-) running with Windows 10 family.

I can not run on this PC my ASI 120mm camera (usb2) in picture-by-picture mode with Prism, nor with the native driver, nor with the ASCOM driver (in video mode (live show) it works well!). My 1600 MM ASI camera is working properly!

On my ASUS PC (windows 8.1) with the same drivers the ASI 120 works correctly.

Can you help me ?

Hi there

It's complex, looks like incompetiable problem. ASI120MM might have this problem with some brand of computer.

Sorry to say, it is hard to solve it.

Hello,

I finally solved the problem by installing the old version of the Asi 120 driver found on the companion CD of the camera purchased in 2013.

This information should be on your site and you should be able to download this old version.
