Even with the Pro version of the ASI071 you can get dew forming if the ambient temperature is high and you lower the cooling target temperature too low. For example, if it's in the 70s or 80s when you are imaging and the humidity is high, you may not be able drop the cooled temperature to even 0° without dew formation.
It's also helpful to lower the cooling temperature in stages over a few minutes - say 6 or 8 degrees at a time. Again, this will help prevent dew formation.
If dew forms as shown in your image, raise the camera temperature and wait a little while for the dew to dissipate. I haven't seen any residual patterning after the dew dissipates. But if so, you can likely remove it by cleaning the AR protect glass over the sensor.
